The service

Minijuegos Web publishes a new puzzle every day for each game. Access to play is free and requires no registration. Previous days remain accessible in each game’s archive.

No warranties

The games are offered “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that the puzzles have a given difficulty.

We are not responsible for the loss of games, streaks or statistics. They are stored in your browser and disappear if you clear its data, if the browser frees up space or if you play in private mode. There is no copy on any server and therefore no way to recover them.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of these games. They are pastimes.

Acceptable use

You may play, share your results and link to any page on the site. You may not automate access in a way that degrades the service, bulk-extract the puzzles or reuse them in another product.

The puzzles are served obfuscated so that the solution can’t be read at a glance in the browser. That is a fair-play convenience, not a security measure, and bypassing it gains you nothing: you are left without a game.

Service for publishers

The use of the games inside a publisher’s website is governed by the contract signed with that publisher, not by these terms. If you are interested, write to us at hola@minijuegosweb.com.

A publisher without a valid licence keeps seeing the games working, but without its branding and with our links. Service to the reader is not cut off.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
